FOUNDER, EKATVA (1983)

Our founder Shri Hansraj Ratanshi Chheda was a visionary - HR, as he was famously known in the entire city believed in working through relationships with everyone - Be it land owners, bureaucrats, professionals, brokers and all his customers. He had a way with words and also situations and was a resolution specialist par excellence. A consultant and guide to many, all people in touch with him have hundreds of stories about his generosity, presence of mind, negotiation skills and business acumen to share.

Hiren Chheda is a visionary and a second-generation entrepreneur from an established business family of Thane. The family has diversified businesses across retail, manufacturing, real estate and agriculture. A first rendezvous with him will quickly make you realise that he is an excellent communicator who can effectively manage people while being pragmatic amidst any scenario that comes. He believes in positive leadership and continues to carry on the philanthropic legacy that the family strongly endeavours to fulfil. Ekatva is founded on his firm principles of giving superior quality design-oriented products and in preserving long-term relationships with all stakeholders.

Mayur Bauva

Director – Design & Development

Mayur Bauva’s journey into real estate was shaped by a unique blend of commerce, interiors, and global exposure. An alumnus of Mumbai University, he first entered the furniture business, where his passion for design led him to pursue interior designing alongside manufacturing. His work soon took him across countries to source innovative products while building a strong distribution network across India. What began as a childhood dream turned into reality when he entered construction in 2014, and since 2017, he has been delivering residential and commercial projects in Thane. At Ekatva, Mayur spearheads construction and project execution, ensuring every development reflects superior design, uncompromised quality, and timely delivery. His background in interiors, combined with global exposure, enables him to bring fresh ideas and innovative amenities that continue to shape Ekatva’s vision of excellence.

Rohit Savla

Director – Finance & Strategy

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Rohit Savla brings over 14 years of expertise in finance, audit, taxation, and business advisory to Ekatva Group. He began his career by establishing his own successful CA practice, where he guided diverse businesses with insights into governance, compliance, and strategic growth. This experience gave him a sharp understanding of how organizations scale and sustain themselves. His transition into real estate was a natural step, combining financial acumen with a sector driven by vision and innovation. At Ekatva, Rohit leads finance and strategy, ensuring every project is built on transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation. Known for his meticulous planning and disciplined approach, he balances ambitious design aspirations with financial prudence, helping position Ekatva as a trusted name in real estate.
